As we know the current scenario of competitive world it is not easy to get dream job for everyone. And due to the covid since last two years many of the professionals lost their jobs. Ley Chhalang foundation taken an initiative for jobseekers.
We give a helping hands & extended support to active jobseekers across every level as well as in almost every sectors of the industries. We are privileged to announce that we were helped 4500+ job seekers across the Maharashtra and over the 40K jobseekers joined us in our groups on social media platforms like What’s App, Facebook & Telegram in which we update the daily job PDF which consist authentic job openings across all levels so jobseekers can apply on the relevant job.

Training & Education
Ley Chhalang Foundation is working for active jobseekers as we now in today’s competitive world very high skillsets are required. In our education system we will get the theoretical knowledge but only that knowledge is not sufficient for survival in the corporate world. And that is the biggest concern for all the jobseekers. With this in mind Ley Chhalang Foundation decide to work on the Training & Education module for active jobseekers.
We started taking sessions on small things like Resume Writing, Job searching Techniques, Email Writing, Communication & follow up with HR, Interview skills as well as the solution on real time problems facing while searching jobs.
Now one step ahead we are planning to develop a training and education module for students & jobseekers. In which with these basic etiquettes and knowledge we will take help various industry expert to train the students & jobseekers. Ex. Human Resource Expert, IT Experts etc. It will help lots of youngsters to get more knowledge from highly experience professionals of their professions.
Social Issues
With the age of growing Ley Chhalang Foundation will focus on major social issues also without moving focus on our primary motive. Ley Chhalang Foundationhas made significant contributions even during the covid period, helping many people to get blood, for students stranded in the city, as well as for emergency hospital services.
The Le Chhalang Foundation did an excellent job in the difficult situation of floods in Konkan and Western Maharashtra. Going to flood-prone remote areas where help was scarce, people were provided with basic necessities, food and blankets.

Le Chhalang Foundation is working jointly for the jobseekers and the companies, Human Resource professionals, Recruiters.
The aim of the Le Chhalang Foundation is to create as many new job opportunities as possible by engaging with as many companies as possible and to help the company find the right candidates. and with that in mind, a team has been formed to work in a professional way. This team will try our best to provide a maximum number of jobs by liaising with companies in various sectors.

Many people lost their jobs . A recent survey found that the jobs of around 66% of the respondents were severely impacted due to lockdown owing to Covid-19. Around 17% said they lost jobs, 28% said that their salary was reduced and 25% said they worked during lockdown without any pay & at the same time most of the students completed their education. 2021 Flood in kokan region was devastating. flood victims were all lost their homes,cereal, even their loved ones. We were able to collect and contribute huge amount for helping them in thought time , almost 115 families got essential kits through our voluntary work

Voluntary Blood donation camps
Millions of people need blood transfusions each year. Some may need blood during surgery. Others depend on it after an accident or because they have a disease that requires blood components. Blood donation makes all of this possible. Ley Chhalaang Foundation understands that there is no substitute for human blood hence we arrange blood donation camps on periodic basis so it can be given to needy whenever it require.
